Use of the app
Foldra is provided to you as-is, without warranty of any kind. You're free to use the app to organize your own photo library. You are responsible for backing up your photos through your phone's standard backup tools (iCloud, Google Photos, etc.).
Trash and recovery
Foldra moves trashed photos to your operating system's native trash — Android Trash on Android, Recently Deleted on iOS. Recovery during the 30-day window is governed by your operating system, not by Foldra. We make no guarantee about recoverability once those systems take over.
Foldra Plus
Plus is a subscription sold through Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store. Pricing, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled entirely by those stores under their own terms. Foldra has no billing system of its own and no account to cancel.
Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foldra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including loss of photos. You retain all rights to your own photos.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. The Last updated date above always reflects the current version. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
