Questions, answered.

  • Does Foldra send my photos anywhere?

    No. Everything happens on your device. We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no telemetry. We can't see your photos because we never receive them.

  • What happens when I trash a photo?

    It goes to your phone's native trash — Android Trash or iOS Recently Deleted. You have 30 days to recover it before your operating system permanently deletes it. Foldra itself never permanently deletes anything.

  • Why can't I un-trash on iPhone?

    iOS doesn't let third-party apps restore deleted photos. To recover on iPhone, open Apple's Photos app → Albums → Recently Deleted. On Android, Foldra can restore directly.

  • Does Foldra work offline?

    Yes, fully. There's no network code in the app.

  • How does Plus work? Do I need an account?

    No. Plus is a standard in-app purchase through your App Store or Play Store account. No Foldra account exists.

  • Is my data backed up anywhere by Foldra?

    No. Foldra only organizes your existing photos using your phone's native photo library. Your phone's own backup (iCloud, Google Photos, etc.) is what protects them.

  • What platforms is Foldra on?

    iPhone (iOS 14+) and Android (11+). No tablet-optimized layout yet. No desktop version yet.

  • Can I try Plus before buying?

    Both the App Store and Play Store offer their own refund policies if Plus isn't for you.
